When planning to visit a massive city as buenos aires, one of the important items to have in mind is chossing carefully the place you are going to stay at. There are plentiful budget options as hostels, guesthouses, cheap hotels .
What we are offering you is a different option ; our stylyshly newly redesigned house in a quiet barrio called "Flores" , which is located sort of in the middle of capital federal and the good thing is the fact that we are roughly 15 minutes away from downtown by metro Membrillar residential house has only three privates rooms ,two doubles and one single ,,all with private bathrooms , air conditioners and heaters in rooms , satelite tv in rooms , a cozy terrace with a shower-bath for summer and a paraguayan hammock for chilling out .The kitchen is fully equiped ,new cooker ,new refrigeretar and devices for cooking . Then, a common area with a 42 " tv with free wi fi and dining room . Guests will enjoy a lot of privacy if they want . Rooms have a key and will be provided as well with bed linen and towels .
This place is run by their owners,a couple and we will be here to assit you with everything you may need and ,since we are travellers as well ,we know how to be helpful. We can arrange any kind of trips or visits ,like a farm day trip (where you can spend a whole day eating our famous "asado", "empanadas" and "tortafritas" , riding horses and watching " gauchos" performing their show.
Another must is attending a dancing tango show . We don t charge any commission and we know the best places to recomend you in terms of price and quality. We make guided tours throughout the city by car ,taking you to places that you won t find in traveller's books and with plent of information .
Then this ,however you are getting inside buenos aires ,,we can pick you up . To ezeiza airport ,for instance ,we charge 100 pesos .A taxi will cost you like fifty per cent more

Ezeiza international aiport :
Ezeiza is outside the capital ,,south in the outskirts .we are exactly 30 kilometers away from ezeiza .The kilometer 0 in the city is at the parlament building (downtown) and is 35 kilom. away from ezeiza , 5 more after passing membrillar residential house .The cheapest way to get here is by bus (number 8) , same bus that goes to downtown but you must jump off some 20 minutes before,, you have to tell the driver to drop you just untill membrillar street in flores neighbourhood ,, exactly there you are in membrillar numeration 0 ,,that means walking eight hundred meters to get to memrillar 820 or just taking a taxi for some 3 dollars. The bus stops is just near to the airport gates and coming by bus can take aproximatly 90 minutes and can be tiring since they normally run crowded. Said this ,second option are taxis which charge around 150 pesos and with them you ll be here in 30 minutes by highway .If getting a taxi ,,take official ones
third option is ,,arrange with us in advance and we will fetch you there ,,we will be waiting for you with a big pamphlet .We charge 120 pesos
There s no tube or trains from ezeiza to town
Aeroparque local airport : aeroparque is inside the capital north-east ,near to the river .We are 11 kilometers away from aeroparque .From there is easy ,,just take a bus to retiro station (10 minutes) and then connect with the metro Line E to varela station ,,then walk just 5 minutes till our gate. Membrillar residencial house is located on "flores " neighbourhood , in the center of the capital federal .We are five minutes away from VARELA metro station ,line E . And from there, getting to the center (plaza de mayo , florida street , san telmo ) takes just 17 minutes .The relevant detail about our metro net is that ,,despite our capital is huge ,by conecting metro lines you can reach most of all the turistic places in the city
If you like night life .and will be coming back late when the metros don t work anymore ( after 23 hs) ,,you can use the two bus lines that come from downtown and will take you here , runing 24 hours .
Our barrio of flores , has got a huge shopping area that begins eight hundred meters away from our place
We ve got as well ,,pretty near to membrillar residential house ,a small shopping centre ,5 minutes walking ( through VARELA avenue , where you take the metro) that comprises roughly 500 meters along the avenue where you will find anything you need ,restaurants, pizzerias,etc
The korean massive neighbourhood ,,happens to be just a walking distance from us and "parque chacabuco" ,a nice park for chillig out is 7 hundreds meters away from our gate
